A Little bit of this, A Little bit of Klat

A Little bit of this, A Little bit of Klat

Hey there- If you are reading this then give yourself a pat on the back we made it to the weekend! Time to explore.  This weekend I thought it would be a good idea to venure out of Echo Park and get lunch in another part of town. I love Koreatown (KTown to angelenos) it is a viberant area with a lot of great restaurants. It is  also the most densely populated district by population in Los Angeles County, with some 120,000 residents in 2.7 square miles. It actually reminds of Little Italy in NYC where everyone seems to know one another---another reason I love KTown it reminds me of home.

With so many places to choose from I decided to check out the Madang Plaza Shopping Mall (migt even get in a little shopping too!) But first, Lunch.

I parked in the H Mart lot and walked over to the elevator and went upstairs I saw a few places and then I saw Klat. Klat looked cute and busy (a good sign). After looking at the menu I ordered the Huevos Rancheros which came with two sunny-side up eggs (I requested my eggs srambled, not a fan of sunny-side up), prime short rib steak on top of a  tortilla with beans, salsa, queso fresco, and crema fresco. Steak was tender, the eggs scrambled nicely, the salsa, queso fresco, and crema fresco blended together for a tasty that was spicy and good. Solid Dish!

Good food, friendly staff,  validated parking (bonus) because parking in KTown can be a real nightmare and they serve cakes from Sweet Lady Jane (though I thought about it I didn't get dessert :) But I am saying you can if you want to.

I will be back for a little bit more Klat.

Check it out!
