Straight Outta New York

Straight Outta New York

It’s finally here: The Halal Guys,  are about to land in Koreatown tomorrow Friday, July 8th opening at 11:00am the first 1,000 fans in line opening will get some Halal Guys swag, with five of those in line chosen randomly to win free food for a month. After that, the place will start keeping daily hours until 4 a.m., which means there will always be more time in the day to stop in for some Halal Guys.

The Wilshire Boulevard address couldn’t be any more centrally located, which — combined with the extreme walkability of the neighborhood — should make for one very busy restaurant.

Step inside and you’ll find what has become the expanding restaurant franchise’s signature look of brushed metals and lots of red and white. It’s all a nod to the brand’s original as a New York City street cart, but streamlined and with lots of indoor seating. The corner location is also wrapped in glass, making it much brighter and warmer than some of the company’s first West Coast iterations. Enjoy!

Bottomline:

Expect long lines, giveaways, and lots of street meat
